TREATMENTS
You must complete a consultation form prior to your first treatment – this may be conducted by video call where appropriate. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.
It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information at the time of booking and during your consultation. Failure to provide complete and accurate information may result in a rejection of your booking request or cancellation of your booking.
Treatments will only be conducted if we deem the treatment safe for you to receive. GP or consultant permission may be required before treatments can be provided. You must be 18 or over to receive treatment.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel or change an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required or you may not be refunded Appointments missed will be charged at full price. Refunds will be made within fourteen (14) days following the date that you share with us your intention of cancelling the booking. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction.
We have the right to cancel a treatment by giving you 24 hours’ notice and, where possible, will try to rearrange treatments to a new time and date within two weeks of the cancelled treatment.
If you are experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 or have knowingly come into contact with someone with Covid-19 symptoms within two weeks prior to the treatment, you must cancel your session with immediate effect.
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding inappropriate behaviour and reserve the right to terminate a treatment immediately on this basis.
PRIVACY
Personal information you share with us will not be discussed with anyone other than you. Such personal information includes, but is not limited to, details of your:
- gestation;
- medical history;
- obstetric history;
- treatment; and
- consultation.
PRICES
All pricing is subject to consultation. Our prices are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion.
DEPOSITS
We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy.
VOUCHERS AND DISCOUNTS
Vouchers are available for all treatments. They are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash. We cannot accept liability for lost vouchers.
We may offer discounts or treatments at a reduced rate from time to time at our sole discretion. Offers cannot be redeemed retrospectively or resold, and are allocated to you only. No cash alternative will be available. Offers will only be valid when treatment space is available.
BLOCK TREATMENTS
Block treatments must be paid for in full at the time of booking, completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments being deducted from your course.
FEEDBACK AND CONTENT
We may ask you to complete a feedback form following your treatment. Your responses may be used in publicity material and on the website with your consent. Photographs and videos will only be displayed and published with your consent. We may obtain your consent verbally or in writing.

We store notes with respect to services we undertake to ensure we maintain and exceed our level of service. We will not undertake phone, mail, email or SMS marketing without you first providing consent for us to do so.
